I have to thank corona virus isolation for my now absolutely beloved Bakery Boss mixer. ![]() That is why I used mainly whisk attachment to Cuisinart stick blender for that purpose. ![]() Wires in the whisk were too thick and bulky and from my vast experience in whipping and whisking I know that the thinner the wire is, the better and faster the process of whipping occurs. When I actually went to buy it and inspected the actual model, I was disappointed with the material of the whisk, as the main attachment I was plan on using. I was considering to buy famous KitchenAid model. I did not need any replacement, but for a quite some time I wanted to treat myself to a benchtop mixer with a glass bowl. So, what is the story with this mixer, that left me so impressed with the results of its work, that I was eager to share the experience with my readers? For many years now I had the previous Breville model – The Scraper Mixer, which I successfully used only with a whisk, simply because I prefer to do other jobs manually, mixing wet and dry ingredients by hand. Occasionally I mention quality and handy in use pots and pans, or some smaller tools that I find helpful in the kitchen. Very rarely I write reviews on gluten free products on the market and so far did not write any reviews on cooking appliances.
